I found Ferris by contacting him on a listing he represented. After talking with him for a few minutes, he quickly understood what we were looking for, and talked me out of his own listing! His honesty was inspiring. For the next several months, he put up with me as I targeted a specific property location. He was so quick to obtain complete information from selling agents and relentlessly followed up if he didn't get quick responses! After we found the perfect place, he even helped us with an inspection issue that most agents would have never touched. He truly is all-in, when he becomes your guy! We have bought and sold a number of properties over the years. Ferris is one of the most outstanding agents we have dealt with. He was quickly responsive to every call, text or email. He listened to what we were looking for and helped us identify and purchase the perfect solution for us.
